How is it possible that I've been on a dating site for so many years?  Well, I'm just that pitifully undateable.  That and it isn't really so much a dating site--or at least it wasn't when I joined--rather than a great site full of user-written quizzes and tests, a fun place to journal, and a good social networking site. 

My OkC journal is argueably where I really started to publish online--more than 300 posts at last count and thousands of comments--and it is still where I go back when I have a thought that I think other people might like to discuss.  I've put a whole range of topics up, so you never know what you'll get--I rant against American Apparel's marketing strategy, prowl for dates, and gripe about the world.  Some other stuff, too, but you'll have to go look.

I'm on the cusp of staying in higher education long enough to be educated out of all usefulness to society.  That does mean, of course, that there are various academic papers floating around cluttering up my garage and the world.  These span the ages, so if you read something that sounds like an 18 year old wrote it, don't laugh--it might have been.  More will go up as I unearth them, but this gives you an idea of what I've been studying all the last long 11 years...and counting.

 

At the time when I had just started working as a sex blogger, I was approached by the owner of SexShop365 to write longer articles.  Rather than quick blogs that point you in the direction of products or tell you how to do something small, these were to be longer writings that examined issues more closely.  Here you'll find practical and theoretical guides for starting out with sex toys, how to increase intimacy in your relationship, and various other topics that are not so directly product related.  This is a slow-moving category, but more writings may show up here eventually.
