Created by McBirdie, Wednesday, 04 February 2009
Description Would you believe me if I said that you can have these ready to sugar in 15 minutes?  What if I said that they were not as unhealthy as you would normally think?  Both are true.  Serious.

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbl skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp corn oil

1.  Preheat oven to 180C.

2.  Whisk together the flour and baking powder until well mixed.

3.  Add in other ingredients, stirring until smooth.

4.  Spoon into greased pan, being sure to not over-fill the cups.

5.  When out of the oven, dip in the sugar and cinnamon.

Additional Tips
They do sell pans that make little baked mini doughnuts.  I say screw the fancy--I use a little tart pan and make unholey doughnuts.  It's more fun to say.
