Chocolate Covered Cherries with Butter Cream Centre

It's hard to go wrong with the classics and chocolate covered cherries are definitely that.  Each candy is a single maraschino cherry wrapped with a lightly whipped butter cream filling and then enrobed in sweet milk chocolate.  They're allowed to rest for a few days to allow the cherry and the filling to enmesh, making every bite of these candies a cherry-infused delight.

You get 12 chocolate covered cherries to an order, with each box being handmade from silver and white card and wrapped in a lovely ribbon--red for Valentine's naturally, since these make a wonderful gift for your loved one.

Dark Chocolate and Coconut Haystacks

Apparently, there are people in the world who don't like coconut.  I do not understand these people.

Each haystack is made from combining carefully toasted coconut (I'm serious about the 'carefully' part--do you know how easy it is to scald coconut?  Far too easy, my friend), untoasted coconut and melted rich chocolate.  When they come together, what you get is a delicious handful of awesome.

You get nine to an order of these and they aren't small--it takes me four bites to finish one, so if you can do it in two or less I will be both impressed and a little frightened.*
