Dark Chocolate and Coconut Haystacks

Apparently, there are people in the world who don't like coconut.  I do not understand these people.

Each haystack is made from combining carefully toasted coconut (I'm serious about the 'carefully' part--do you know how easy it is to scald coconut?  Far too easy, my friend), untoasted coconut and melted rich chocolate.  When they come together, what you get is a delicious handful of awesome.

You get nine to an order of these and they aren't small--it takes me four bites to finish one, so if you can do it in two or less I will be both impressed and a little frightened.*

They come wrapped in handmade card boxes and tied up neatly in ribbon--red for Valentine's, naturally.


*- That is not a challenge.  Please don't choke yourself just to amuse an internet confectioner.
